SOLUTIONS TO THE OIL SLICK IN THE GULF OF MEXICO.
CONTAMINATED MARINE WATER TREATMENT WITH CRUDE PETROLEUM.

The following chemical processes can be used to decontaminate the marine water:

1-Separation of the marine water and the crude one by means of:

1.1--Process of compression by steam forced circulation in a stripping column.

1.2--Process of distillation of long tube multieffect.

1.3-Absorption of the crude one by means of the use of hydroxides of magnesium, sodium or potassium.

2-Elimination of crude biochemically.

This procedure can be made in situ in boats of great scale near the coast of Freeport, Lousiana, the USA or in the open sea far from the coast.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCESS.

The mixed marine water with the crude one sucks by means of a pump and unloading in the top of a stripping column in which aqueous vapour in crosscurrent circulates.

The aqueous vapour undresses of crude to the gaseous components the methane, etano and propane which leave by the top of the column in company of the steam and feed a condenser on where they are transport to a distillation column where these substances of the aqueous vapour thanks to their difference of volatileness separate.

The gases of these hydrocarbons leave by the top, they are condensed and they are transport to spherical tanks within the ship or in earth.

By the bottom the desalinated water is recirculated to the boiler that evaporates the water used in the stripping column .

The bottom of the column they leave crude heavier (than it contains paraffins, olefins, aromatic and asphalts) and the concentrated salt, which separates by means of filtration forced in filters presses.

The crude one recovered its transport to storage caves in the ship to have recirculated to the boiler partly and the rest to be taken to earth to its refinement.

The concentrated salt humid is dried in rotatory earth furnaces and later it is used to repair to the beaches and contaminated shores of the seas and rivers.

In open sea and near beaches the metallic sodium hydroxides can be used, magnesium and potassium to absorb and to decontaminate the marine water.

The residues of the formed precipitates can retire more easily by cleaning ships.

The use of bacteria that degrade the crude one quickly is an alternative that has been effective in previous spills and that can help to decontaminate the water of a easy and biological way.

The previous methods are expensive but not as much as the very serious damage that this being caused to the planet and that it has caused that the global heating has gone off and the climatic change has begun to make damage in north, center and the south America.

All I propose scientific solutions can work effectively to mitigate the serious damage caused to the biomass and biodiversity of the planet, but if not remove the oil spill by installing a valve plug or through a tube seal explotation by implosion , will continue this disastrous environmental situation indefinitely.
